Ingredients (serves 1)
Chia Pudding – make it in advance
3 tbsp chia seeds
9 tbsp almond milk
Strawberry & Banana Smoothie
160g frozen strawberries
1 medium banana
70 ml buttermilk
1. Add the chia seeds and milk into a jar. Whisk to combine then cover and refrigerate overnight.
2. Add all the smoothie ingredients into a blender and puree until smooth.
3. When the chia pudding is ready top it with strawberry & banana smoothie. Layer with granola and fresh fruit.
