What to do with leftover brioche?
Egg and brie brioche cup – very simple and very tasty.
- 1 thick slice of brioche
- 1 egg
- 1 slice of brie cheese
- chopped parsley
1. Preheat oven to 180C
2. Scoop out the inside of your brioche, making a bowl. Don’t rip the bottom.
3. Crack an egg into the center. Season to taste.
4. Bake for around 15 mins or until egg white is no longer runny.
5. Sprinkle with chopped parsley and eat.
